Epod Box. Maple & Blackwood. ~ 3"- 4" Dia. X 3"- 4" Tall. $440.00 A turned and carved box with an off-center blackwood finial. The body of the box is avalible in Maple or Ash. The inspiration for this box comes from a Eculyptus pod found in San Francisco.

Eggcorn Box. Cocobolo/Birdseye Maple. ~2.8" dia. X 8" long. This box simulates a transition from an acorn to an egg. Each box in this series will look similar and include an off-center turned finial. These boxes are meant to lay on their side; however, they can be made to stand if you desire. Every box is unique due to the multitude of shapes possible in the eccentric finial and the many choices of woods used. Prices range from $210.00 to $290.00 depending on the wood selection, finial design, and size.

Silicone Bottle Stoppers. Various woods. $20.00 Each. Bottle Stoppers made from various domestic and exotic hardwoods. Each is finished with an acrylic finish that will stand up to hard use and still look good. A replaceable silicone stopper is attached to a dowel inserted in to the stopper body. The silicone makes a cleaner stopper that fits well in many bottle sizes. The silicone is replaceable making this stopper useful for a longer period than the cork stoppers. Chatter work is usual on the stoppers that have dense wood and flat tops.

Ornaments $40.00 Each. A hollow ornament with an eye screw for hanging. Available in Maple Burl and Walnut (pictured); Mesquite and Walnut (pictured); Mesquite and Ash. Approx. 2" dia. X 4-1/2" tall.

Fan Pull/Light Pull. $10.00 each. ~.5" dia. X 1.375" long with a 4" chain.

Medium Box. 2" to 2.5" Dia. and 2" to 3" Tall. These boxes are turned from either domestic or exotic timbers. Each is unique in shape and color. The boxes are finished with a high quality lacquer and hand rubbed to a satin sheen. Available in: Carob, Box Elder Burl, Maple Burl, Mesquite, Myrtle Burl, and Walnut Burl. Cocobolo and other rosewood varieties are sometimes available as well when I can get this material in large enough sizes.

Spire Box. ~1.5" dia. X 3" tall. The black Gabon Ebony top and the gently tapered body, in various woods, make these boxes pleasing to the eye and touch. The chatter work on the inside of the lid on these boxes is a nice suprise when the box is opened. Sizes range from 1-1/2" to 2" Dia. by 3" to 3-1/2" High. The box bodies are available in Cherry, Figured Maple, Maple Burl, Mesquite, or Bubinga. The tops are Gabon Ebony.

Earring Box. ~3.8" dia. X 6.25" tall. This earring box will hold a few pair of earrings or just one special pair. Each earring box features a loose fitting lid making the earrings easy to retrieve. The feet on each box are Gabon Ebony. The base made from a figured maple with the holder and the cover turned from Cherry, Mahogany, or Walnut. The pictured earrings do not come with the box. Pictured: Cherry, Spalted Maple, and Ebony. 3-3/4" Dia. by 6-1/4" Tall.

Small Segmented Box. Walnut Burl, Maple Burl, Veneer, Ebony. ~2" dia. X 2" tall. $130.00 Each. These small boxes are perfect for holding earrings or rings or other small personal items. They are made from Maple Burl, Mesquite Burl, or Walnut Burl Solids with contrasting veneers between. An Ebony, African Blackwood, or Rosewood finial tops each box.

Tall Segmented Box. Maple Burl, African Blackwood, Veneer. 2-1/4" Dia. X 3-1/2" Tall. $150.00 Each. A larger segmented box with the addition of an eccentric finial.

Apple Box. Figured Maple & Blackwood. ~2.4" dia. X 5.8" tall. This box is an interpretation of the apple. Each of these unique boxes features an eccentrically turned finial of a contrasting color. These box’s finials can be turned and then carved to resemble a twig shape. Prices range from $125.00 to $250.00 depending on the wood selection, finial design, and size.

Egg Box. Cherry & Blackwood. ~2.3" dia. X 5.5" tall. Each of these hand turned boxes incorporate an eccentrically turned finial of a different species of wood than that of the box body. Each egg shape box is unique with three basic finial designs available: the two axis, the three axis, and the turned and carved. Prices range from $125.00 to $250.00 depending on the wood selection, finial design, and size.

Acorn Box. Olivewood & Blackwood. 2.25" dia. X 5" tall. These boxes are my interpretation of the acorn. I choose to stray from natures color scheme and reverse it or pick woods that complement natures colors and add an eccentrically turned, and in this case carved, finial to each box. Each box is unique where only the resemblance of the acorn is their tie. All of these boxes are finished with a lacquer process, rubbed to a satin sheen, and a coat of the highest quality wax is applied. This shape is based on the White Oak Acorn. Prices range from $125.00 to $250.00 depending on the wood selection, finial design, and size.

Threaded Acorn Box. Boxwood & Blackwood. A threaded lid adds another layer of quality, complexity and intrigue to any box. These boxes are my interpretation of the White Oak acorn. I choose to stray from natures color scheme and reverse it or pick woods that complement natures colors and add an eccentrically turned finial to each box. Each box is unique where only the resemblance of the acorn is their tie. All of these boxes are finished with a lacquer process, rubbed to a satin sheen, and a coat of the highest quality wax is applied. Prices range from $160.00 to $300.00 depending on the wood selection, finial design, and size.
