Minimums:
Minimum order is
$250.00 or three boxes. Re-orders do not require a minimum.
This minimum order amount does not apply to Bottle Stoppers
and Ornaments. Eight would be the minimum order for the
Bottle Stoppers when re-ordering (12 for the first order).
Six is the minimum Ornaments for re-ordering (10 for the
first order).
Shipping
and Handling:
All shipments are
FOB Bellaire (Houston) TX. Orders are shipped UPS or USPS
unless otherwise specified, and are billed actual freight.
Trade
Agreement:
I do not want my
products hanging around your store for years and not
selling. If an item or items are not selling in a
reasonable time, please call me and we will work out a
trade for another piece or pieces that will sell for you.
Broken or damaged items are not included.
Broken
Items:
Any item broken in
shipment would be the responsibility of the shipper. An
item broken in your store by an over zealous customer
should be sold to that customer. If the breakage is not too
bad, it may be reparable. Call me before discarding the
piece altogether. For example, a finial on an Acorn Box
breaks in half from a fall or something; this would be a
matter of making a new finial and replacing the broken
finial. The cost would be anywhere from $35.00 to $60.00
for this service not including the shipping. For this extra
money a customer can have a “new” box and be
happy and come back to your store and buy more of my items.
The main objective here is to make you, my customer, and
your customer happy so they will come back and/or tell
their friends about the great treatment they got from your
gallery. Good for business.
